The Mood Disorder Questionnaire (MDQ) helps to screen for bipolar symptoms linked to bipolar spectrum disorders. This is used in the evaluation of outpatient psychiatric populations and refers to all the bipolar spectrum disorders (bipolar I, II, and cyclothymia).
